There are many ways to participate, even contactless options. Scroll down and keep reading to learn more!

Pack A Box Instructions

  1. Pick up an empty box or two with packing instructions from Meadowlark Church or use your own.

  2. Purchase items for a girl or boy of the age group of your choice and fill the box with items like stuffed animals, toys, balls, small musical instruments, school/craft supplies like colored pencils, activity and reading books, markers, and hygiene items including toothbrushes, bar soap, hair combs, hair ties, socks and even cloth face masks. (DO NOT include liquid items, toothpaste, or anything that might melt or break or any weapon-like items like toy guns, knives, or toy soldiers).

  3. Include $9. per box for shipping OR you can track the final destination of your shoebox by making the shipping donation online and printing the “Follow Your Box” label and attaching to your packed box.

  4. Drop off your gift-filled shoebox at Meadowlark Church no later than November 15th 12pm.

  5. We would love a photo of you and your family with your gift-filled boxes to share on our facebook page!

  6. Remember to PRAY for your child recipient and for the program.

Contactless Options

We would love to see you, however, we understand in these unpredictable times you may want a contactless option and still participate right from home! Here are some options:

  1. You can donate $30./box either by mailing a check to us: 1918 Redwing St. San Marcos, CA 92078 and indicate it is for Operation Christmas Child and we will purchase items, pack, and ship boxes for you!

  2. OR you can build a box online through Samaritan's Purse and help us reach our goal on our special Meadowlark Church/Samaritan’s Purse webpage!

  3. Pray for the child recipient, the ministry and for all the children receiving the boxes. Did you know all children who receive a shoebox gift also are invited to a 12 week program to hear the Gospel and learn about the love of Jesus? What a wonderful gift!
